Normal Enemies Extra Info: After one use, there is a 50% chance a foes Pokemon will be burned when it switches in. After two uses, there is a 90% chance. In addition to the burn, cinders will always deal damage equal to 5% of the foes HP. Does not affect flying or fire pokemon. Weather effects such as rain or sandstorm will remove cinders.
